Shipping Policy
Shipping Information – Pakistan
Shipping is free on all orders across Pakistan. Once your payment is authorized, please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and delivery times may be longer for remote areas.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed after successful telephonic verification. However, Haveli Store reserves the right to process COD orders without verification for verified customers or during high-volume periods, such as sales and promotional campaigns.
International Shipping
All international orders ship through DHL and are delivered in 8-10 business days after the order has shipped out. After your payment is authorized, it can take us up to 2 days to process your order and ship the package. This is only estimated and does not include weekends and holidays.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees, which are not included in your order total at checkout. We ship all packages on a “Duties and Taxes Unpaid” basis, meaning any applicable fees will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are required to declare the full value of your order on the shipping label and customs documents, as per legal regulations.
Taxes and duties vary depending on several factors including the destination, item value, category, and local regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot control or estimate these charges, as customs policies differ from country to country.
Should your order incur any such fees, they must be paid by the customer in order for the package to clear customs and be delivered.
Important Note for Saudi Arabia:
Consignees must have a valid Commercial Registration (CR) with Saudi Customs for successful clearance. If a valid CR is not available, the shipment may be returned to the origin without prior notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
